Thanks to ongoing advances in low-cost, low-voltage photovoltaic, heliotrpic, heliostatic, and water delivery technology, it is now feasible to construct dynamic water features that have a zero carbon footprint, run both day and night, and assembled from mostly cost-effective off-the-shelf components.
